She leads Underground Games, the independent Miami studio behind Coloring.ug, Jigsaw.ug, Mahjong.ug and Arrows.ug, and is co-founder and COO of ThreadTap, which connects physical merchandise to identity, access and rewards.
Before either company, she spent nearly two decades in fashion and created SuperModelGamer, a Twitch channel and gaming community.
Carley co-authored Women in the Web3 Space: Inclusive Futures, serves on the Women of Web3 board and created its forthcoming Opportunity Hub. Her Science Summit work during the United Nations General Assembly began as a panelist at UNGA78; she moderated at UNGA80 and is confirmed to return as moderator at UNGA81 on September 18, 2026.
